Does this meet Highway Code Rule 57?
Rule 57 says dogs should be suitably restrained in a vehicle so they can't distract you or be injured if you stop quickly, and it names a seat belt harness as one method. Does the leash clip to the collar or the harness?
The harness, always. Never clip a dog to its collar in a moving car — in a hard stop the whole force goes through their neck. The leash has a standard clip that fits any D-ring harness.
